Project Challenge
Objective
The Challenge ANF – the National Association of Pharmacies – needed a new website that could reflect its public relevance and institutional stature while offering a simpler, more accessible experience for a wide range of users, from healthcare professionals to the general public. Our Response We approached the project with a user-first methodology, starting with a deep dive into audience needs, content flows, and navigation behavior. The new website was structured around clarity, trust, and utility — ensuring that every user could easily find what they were looking for, whether information, services or institutional resources. Special attention was given to content governance and scalability, ensuring that the platform could evolve over time while remaining consistent and easy to manage. The CMS was seamlessly connected to ANF’s internal infrastructure, allowing for efficient content updates and alignment with operational systems. The Outcome is a modern, structured, and accessible digital presence — built to serve both the strategic communication goals of ANF and the everyday needs of the people it supports.
